In collaboration with its partners, Oil-Tech developed completely new oil application systems. These installations enable us to spray very low quantities at a very low pressure in a very detailed way. We achieve a perfect coverage of the mould, no overspray, no mist due to low pressure rates and as a result a significant drop in oil consumption and a healthier working area for the workers.

Spraying right on the edge makes your recovery container (and pump) obsolete.

When using vegetable based oils, you will avoid polymerisation of oil (sticky residue) on parts of the moulds or the machinery.

When producing undulated precast elements (roof tiles, corrugated fibre cement sheets, etcetera), each nozzle can be equipped with an individual regulator so the oil flow can be slightly increased on those areas where the extruding pressure is higher.

Once installed, the equipment is easy to manipulate. It does not wear due to low pressures and requires less maintenance than a traditional system.

This equipment has a direct impact on the working environment of the workers, on the aspect of the products and on the environment. And last but not least, on the production costs.
